Sanderson Fish Oil 1000 replaces Abundant Health Omega 3 Fish oil. These are very small capsules (500mg rather than 1000mg) that are easy to swallow. These are concentrated meaning the tiny 500mg capsules have the same 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA per capsules that were in the previous 1000mg capsules. The dosage per day is the same because the fish oil is highly concentrated. These contain citrus oil to prevent fishy aftertaste.
